I am a Creative, Ritualist, and Spiritual Companion to fellow travellers. My work in this space is informed by ancestral inspiration, soulful exploration, and decades of training and practice which continues to include time spent in the marshlands of my own life.

Drawn to community facilitation and co-creation in one-to-one settings, I am a relentless and romantic creative whose purpose is fated to tend to the cycles of life and death.

No stranger to loss, grief and intergenerational trauma, much of my life has been a rebirthing process. Through this adversity I have cultivated a deep and profound capacity for witnessing and supporting others as they experience the kaleidoscope of what it means to be human.

I have trained in various Healing Arts; Embodiment Coaching, Mindfulness and Yoga Teacher, Reiki and Shamanic Practices, Education and multi-modal Creative Arts including choral, written and mixed-mediums.

Always passionate about connectedness, inclusivity and holistic practices that support multidimensional being-ness, I am committed to championing brave spaces for creative people and communities.

Blessedly, my teachers have been way-showers in the art of holding space, initiating me into this honoured responsibility.

Being witnessed and gently held in the process of our unfolding, we can safely journeying home, to a place of truth and love. Every day is a continuance on the spiral path 'home' and there can be no greater privilege than being in sacred companionship with you, as you re-discover your true nature.

The Early Story…

At the tender age of 15, I can still clearly remember sobbing over this confusing sense of being 'bad' in the high-school counsellor's office.

There were no answers in that room. Or for a while yet.

Somewhere along the way, in a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) session, I was encouraged to look at the good in my life. So I did my homework. I made 'the good' my full-time, non-negotiable focus.

I strived to complete my studies in Costume Design and Millinery and unwittingly began a small business making bespoke pieces with early success, including awards.

This, however, was a bandaid, not a lasting solution.

I gave up on CBT when telling myself how 'lucky' I was had run out of steam.

Creative arts, nature, somatic therapies and plant medicines were among the tools and resources that would nourish the multidimensionality of my being back to health.

Through committed, ongoing practice and perseverance, these processes have taught me to embrace ‘what is’. By witnessing, acknowledging and learning to tend to my hurt(s), I can mend. This has been particularly important and supportive as I navigated my diagnosis of ADHD and autism at the age of 39.

Love, softness and surrender are medicines my heart needed. It is the medicine for every one of us.
